Michael is the Head of Marketing & Business Intelligence, Americas and the Global CRM Program Lead at Ramboll in Syracuse, NY. He has been with the company since 2004 and manages the Client Relationship Management System (CRM), leads the implementation of the CRM upgrades, and production of the company’s data warehouse, which drives the companies data analytics. Michael leads the account-based marketing and sales program and manages a team of marketing coordinators and creative services professionals for all things related to targeting and sales activities. Michael is a graduate of Clarkson University with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Management and has an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has been a member of SMPS since 2005 and joined the Upstate NY Chapter Board in 2018.
